| [JOB DESCRIPTION] 1. Order Forecast and management - New product Assortment planning and Initial order forecast for all channels - Monthly Replenishment order forecast for all channels. 2. Pricing & Gross Margin Management - Develop the price strategy and harmonize with other markets & global policy. - Based on the JV price & MSRP, make the local RRP and simulate GM accordingly. 3. Sales Analysis & Market Research - Analyse sales result per collection, items, and channels on weekly and monthly basis & take the necessary actions - Monitor product turnover, standard margin, contribution, SKU, and initiate business development. - Regular market research to find consumer's unmet needs. 4. Product Assortment and Inventory management - Partner with regional team to develop and recommend new products that reflect the local market trend - Develop product assortment plan by channel and by store to ensure assortment meets merchandising sales plans - Maintain appropriate level of inventory and focus on driving SKU productivity 5. Sales Support - Achieve the sales and margin target through product planning and managing promotion plan. - Maintain proper stock level of all the necessities for the sales. 6. Product Operation - Manage and provide product information including product map to relevant teams. - Allocate stock per store and launch new products per each season - Inventory rotation planning through regular sales review by store - Manage product defects and communicate with relevant teams 7. Duty Free Channel support - Product order, sell-in process, monthly closing, etc [REQUIREMENT] 1. 패션 브랜드 Product MD로 최소 경력 10년 이상 15년 이하 2. Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, etc.) 사용 가능자 3. 중상급 수준의 영어 [PREFERRED] 1. 명품 및 프리미엄 패션 카테고리에 대한 이해도가 높은 자 2. SAP 활용 능력 소유자 3. 상급 수준의 영어 4. 스타트업보다 글로벌 브랜드 또는 국내 유수 패션 회사 경력 보유자 우대 |
