| [Main Roles and Responsibilities] O Project Engineer - Identify and provide technical project support along Sales Gate Process for Region - Interfacing in between Sales and Technical Experts - Apply a holistic project support approach on the fields of Wind&Site, Electrical Works, Soil Conditions, Environmental Compliance, Product Management (Grid Compliance in alignment with SGI & EWM) - Optimize Windfarm Projects with all Optimization Means (AEP, Loads, Lifetime) - Define configuration to meet project specific requirements - Consider Time Span from Sales Phase to Execution Phase (TOC) - Provide contractual input to TSA and EPK for operational obligations and warrant/align on implementation - Identify and mitigate risks in windfarm projects - Project Specific Input and approval during Sales Gate Process O Certification Manager - Support the technical conformity process of new developments for local markets in accordance with the national regulations and other local laws (e.g. Korea). - Interface between market/local consultants/authorities to global product management and R&D department on local - Market requirements regarding technical compliance, certification, testing and documentation necessary under the local wind farm certification process and the Korean requirements. - Project management of own national certification process, while being accountable for timeline and scope. - Create and keep documentation requirements for local certification/testing process up to date. - Assess conformity of products with technical requirements [asset: wind power specific knowledge]. - Contact person for local experts and local certification [Qualification & Competencies] - BS in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or civil) or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification may be preferred. - 10 + related experience - Good in English written and oral - Wind Energy Experience is a preference - Good MS-Office skills - Comprehensive technical understanding - Strong passion for renewable energy - Well-developed interpersonal and professional communication skills - Solid problem-solving skills - Strong Organization skills - Can deal with high pressure - Working in International culture |
